Ms. Cassandra started college with every intention to become a special education teacher for elementary school aged children. Life had different plans for her; after graduating from Hunter in 2009 she worked within the social services field and focused on the special needs population. In addition Ms. Cassandra has been working with the Deaf community since 2007. Working with children always seemed to fill her heart with joy. Joining B & J in 2021 has brought Cassandra full circle with her goals of educating and providing children with a safe and loving space where they can truly grow in all aspects of life. Cassandra hopes to always encourage students to try new and exciting things and give them a solid foundation to build on
