With a passion for fostering children's growth and development, Marianellys Ciriaco has been dedicated to early childhood education since 2012. Her career began with hands-on experience in various roles, from teaching to program management, before joining B & J Wonderland Daycare in 2015 as an on-site provider. During this time, she built meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff—a connection that inspired her to return years later as the proud owner of Daycare #11.

Marianellys’s diverse background includes serving as a nursery teacher, as well as advancing to Program Manager and Assistant Teacher for a dynamic educational and recreational company. There, she helped design programs that combine athletics and academics to promote mind and body wellness, communication skills, and emotional intelligence for both neurodivergent and neurotypical children.

Her unwavering passion for helping children reach their full potential and her commitment to creating a safe, enriching environment for families has always been at the core of her work. As a mother herself, Marianellys understands the importance of trust and care, and she’s excited to continue building lasting relationships and unforgettable memories with the children and families at B & J Wonderland Daycare.
